Hello, my name is Snooper. I likes to run to the water and put my front paws in first and then I likes to drink and make noise as I drink. I likes to stand in the water with all four feet in the water and drink. I likes for my litter mates to jump in too and play ‘shove’. I likes to haz fun. Today is a GREAT day in the deep dark forest.

Oh you must take a video and post it for us!! What a face!!! Nature is soooo wonderful.

  • I will certainly give it a try, Linda. They melt my heart to see the little ones. The mom usually hurries them on and the moment is so fleeting. Every time I have my camera in hand to try to take photos, she sees me and puts herself between the kit and me. Or there are bush and such. But I will be trying! They are growing up so fast! Perhaps tomorrow!

Fond memories have been stirred by this image Jean. In my younger days we raised a young kit who had lost it’s mother and I remember so well it’s anttics with a large dish of water. You’ve captured it’s character well in this image…Jules…Favour

  • Well, that is just awesome, Jules! I have never held one but often think of lucky folks like you who have actually known them well. They only pass by here but I sure enjoy seeing them. I’m so glad you shared a bit of your memory with me and I’m glad you enjoyed my photo. :) Thank you!
