North American Raccoon (Procyon lotor) shows her sweet face as she rests in the middle of the day. Must be an insomniac raccoon since she should be asleep. She is supposed to be nocturnal. Stretched out on a bed of moss in the shade of an old Oak tree, she kept me company for a long while. Am I lucky or what?
