Prometheus & Alien creatures by

It’s not exactly a life cycle, just the chronological order in which we see the creatures. Obviously, normal xenomorphs don’t turn into Queens (generally…?), and we still can’t be sure what the “Deacon” from the end of Prometheus is.

Is the Deacon:
- A very young xenomorph queen?
- A prototype of an alien?
- An improved weapon, developed from the xenomorphs?
- An accident?

Is there is a physical, solid connection between the Deacon and the xenomorphs from the Alien series? Or is it just a by-product, or a different creation altogether? Who knows…

This list also doesn’t include hosts, such as chestbursters or the Engineer which the Deacon bursts out of – it’s obviously a key life stage, but the creature is just a baby version of next creature shown.

Here’s the full run down of horrific creatures!
- Ampoule (black goo)
- Hammerpede (snake)
- Trilobite (squid, also known as “Cuddles”!)
- Deacon (proto-xenomorph? alien queen?)
- Egg
- Facehugger
- Xenomorph
- Xenomorph queen
