'Jungles of Time & Space"..

Acrylic on Canvas…4’ x 3’...120cm x 90 cm

This painting comes from the idea of time & space being a place to explore, like a jungle.
On the left the forest is dense, it is the old world with an ancient peering through the foliage….as we move to the right different views mingle, another earth below floats in space under a blanket of water…and there is a tear in the fabric of time in the sky, which leads to yet another place in time…it is a mixture of the old world and the new….and a bit of an ode to a favorite painter of mine Rousseau.

Jewd, I so love the mysticism in your work… and your talent is awesome.
This particularly stands out for me as I so totally dig Rousseau… and I also dig your take on the vastness of time and space and the desire to explre.
Beautiful combination of colors, and such an engaging composition that keeps me coming back for more… so far I’ve seen something new each time I look. Kind of like exploring the vastness of time & space!
