Love the contrast of black against the white of the bathroom… it makes the suit and the bath jump out of the photo

These get better and better… can’t wait to see more people sitting/standing/lying in the baths

Great concept, this one works brilliantly.

This has a wonderful hint of Rene Magritte about it – that surreal vision that makes you ask why only to realise that there is an unknowable and unresolvable element to the picture. The humorous element works beautifully in this context.
The lighting is fantastic – radiating and bathing the room. The location great – the brass elements connecting things together – also reflected in the colour of the walking cane.

Beautiful work. Tones, composition and Michael’s pose and expression are all superb. I’m getting a cross between European surrealism and British absurd humour, and it works really well.

oooooh, this reminds me of the Victorian acid bath murder who disposed of his (female) victims by leaving their bodies in baths of acid so they’d disolve…..a cheerful thought…..really, really admire this though Jess, it’s just beautiful :) x

Well I think this photo answers part of that question you are asking yourself, to see such beauty like this must mean 1 thing, and only 1 thing, is that the fist path you have already accomplished, because you have found your …..“Heart….and….soul”…..from such a great image……….!

Great composition – the lighting is absurdly difficult technically. If you could have bracketed the image, you could have shopped in the window from one with a lower stop, while preserving the man in the tub. Very nice detail, focus and creative arrangement.
