Intensly adorable yet to be feared. The contradiction between gun and teddy bear is magic. The modern venetians flooding light onto an Victorian style chair. The boots, pose and tank top portray strength and power yet the gaze is away from view and allows the viewer to imagine what’s in the mind! Such a talented soul you are Jess!! :D

I like the thoughts conveyed in this. Nice and balanced, it’s simplystic and doesn’t shout at you to get a feeling across. I like the red pattern on the image – kinda reminds me of Bill Henson’s torn series in a way, in that the print iself takes on it’s own personality, intrinsically linked to the image.
