Exoticism rocks!

this is painting with light… exoticism indeed!

I saw this exactly the same as Col above, but I think what really makes this work for me is how you`ve cropped and fit the image in the frame. What you are not letting us see is just what engages the imagination and compels us to look deeper and think. Standing back, the image as a whole takes on an abstract look that engages me even further… And what really puts this in my fav basket is the way you`ve combined straight and reflective lighting and the graininess you achieved by… I dunno… how`d ya do dat?

Jessica, this for me is state of the art because it breaks boundries of what we`ve come to expect from conventional portraiture. I`ve not seen anything quite like this, and I love it. You rock lady!
