I am an analogue photographer, filmmaker and painter. I was one of the originators of the remodernist film movement and was formerly a member of the Stuckism art group.

Most of the work that I do focuses on the ideas of memory and nostalgia (particularly my memories, and my imagined memories of times gone by) and I will continue to express myself with instruments that evoke that kind of feeling- in other words pinhole photography, Super-8 film, oil paint- instruments that are better for capturing the true essence of life- something that modern technology like digital video, digital photography and computer art seems unable to do. Specifically, my recent work is connected to the idea of impermanence.

My work work has been exhibited and published around the world, including the Walker Art Gallery, a national gallery in Liverpool, UK, and shown alongside works by punk artists Billy Childish, Wolf Howard and Joe Machine as well as masters such as Paul Cezanne, Rembrandt and Edgar Degas.
