The ‘Dragged through the hedge backwards’ look. LOL. What have you done to her Jesika? xx
Dragged her through the hedge backwards, of course! Girlies are not show dogs, they play, get grubby, muddy, thoroughly filthy and enjoy themselves enormously. And then they endure the ordeal by warm water, shampoo, hair dryer and hair brush – cruel mummyx
Lucy does look a little dejected, Jesika, lovely capture of her !
She’s not actually dejected, just not getting her own way, sort of a 10 year old dog’s version of a toddler tantrum. Lucy often does this, puts her feet down and refuses to move until she’s figured out the shortest route to where Lindi (my shadow) and I are. THEN she’ll join us. And she’s grubby because there is mud where ever there isn’t water.
Really great photograph jes, Happy New Year! :O)
Thank you, Vanessa and a Happy New Year to you too
This is just too precious! I love the expression you’ve captured here!
Lucy is a very strong willed and determined little girl, likes her own way and will usually get it! Yesterday, the area where she’s standing was under water, the flood is receding, but it’s messy and horrible again. The park is still flooded
Oh my gosh, she is just the cutest thing! Love this! :-)
Many thanks, Maisie, Lucy is indeed a cute little dog – and she knows it!
So cute !
Thank you so much

What a delightful surprise, many, many thanks.Lucy says, “Woof, woof!”
She was thrilled, she got her way, Lindi & I joined her. If we had waited for her Ladyship to move, we’d still be there. Many thanks
Oh yes I know that look, it is what Rusty does to me if he does not get his own way, he will be 13 on the 30th January, great capture, a fav
Some people, the fortunate ones, are very well trained by their pooches LOL Life without a dog, even a bossy one, is empty and hollow. Many thanks, Barry
How very precious and cute (wet too….lol)
Not as wet as she has been, it was quite dry that day, not raining for once! Many thanks
