The summer of 2006 was a delight of butterflies and moths.
I photographed a Clouded Yellow with his wings open, a great rarity.
I saw and photographed in my own garden a VERY rare visitor, my first and probably only, Camberwell Beauty.
For more than 2 wonderful weeks, 2 Humming Bird Hawk Moths visited my buddleia at highly predictable times. A joy and pleasure beyond description.

This sky where we live
Is no place to lose your wings.
So love, love, love.

Human beings are members of a whole,
In creation of one essence and soul.
If one member is afflicted with pain,
Other members uneasy will remain.
If you have no sympathy for human pain,
The name of human you cannot retain.
