This is an oldie but I’m in butterfly mode! Common crow butterfly in my garden in Innisfail, far north Queensland.

    I love this Jen, can see why its your favourite. I think it helps a lot that the plant is purple with a green background. May be common to you but its not to me. I looks quite exotic

    thanks Garth, I took this shot a couple of years ago and it turned out nicely, completely by accident. It was kinda the stimulus to keep taking pic’s and get into it a bit more, dunno why?

    Hey jen this is fantasic what a shot… love the whole composition and now i know what type of butterfly this is ….cool… and looks great on the purple and golden orange of the plant….(what are they) and then the background just completes the shot….cheers
