So warm Cuddly and Cute. The tricolor is my personal favorite. +Hamish is stunning, but these sweethearts are so lovely sleeping. I love your Photographs Jenny, but its these guys that get my 10/10 vote. You are such an blessing to know and your art is o inspirational and comforting. Although I love Cavaliers in all colours, I do have to admit that Tricolours are my special favourites, probably because the first Cavalier I ever met was a Tricolour. I boarded with her family for two weeks and she and I adored each other!! Thanks again Trevor.:-)

    Aw, I love Cavaliers. We have a blenheim colored one (like on the right). She’ll be 9 in May (born on Mother’s Day). This past Sunday, we came home and she was on the floor, shaking, head cocked with tongue hanging out, panting heavily with rapid pulse and when she tried to walk, her walking was like a crouching lion. She had had a stool on the carpet (which she never does) and her eyes were rapidly moving right to left! The poor thing looked so pathetic! My husband layed on the floor with her while I called the Vet. She sent us to the ER. They determined that she had an inner ear disturbance and because of it couldn’t figure out her orientation. They feel nauseous and dizzy and so because of it they gave her something for nausea and some fluids and sent her home. They said it could take 7 to 14 days for her to recover! By about 5 hours after we found her that way she started perking up. She drank some water, ate her dog treats, went outside and even climbed the stairs. . .slowly. By morning she was pretty normal, the walking a little slow and it took her a couple of tries to get up on the bed! Thankfully she’s doing much better and we didn’t have to give her the Meclizine for nausea. Pretty scary stuff though!

    What a cute picture, by the way. LOL. Almost forgot that part!

    It must have been a terrible shock for you to come home and find Daisy in that condition. I’m glad it was ‘only’ an inner ear disturbance and not anything worse, and also that she has improved so quickly. These little dogs get so close to our hearts that it is really horrible and frightening when anything is wrong with them.
