Jen – Join the Dandelion Clubbers Group!
Have been thinking of starting something like that – just Dandelion shots – any stage of the cycle….. what fun!
Let me know if it sounds OK.
Meantime – this is simply amazing.

Thanks! I noticed today that the wind had finally scattered the seeds from the dandelion in the garden. It gave me the idea for this piece.

Thank you so much, Leanne… I’ve never truly studied a dandelion before… they’re rather amazing things! :-)

Yes, I’ve been wanting to take some Dandelion shots for a while, and believe it or not, after having my camera for almost a year, I’m still finding out things about it… that’s what’s encouraged my recent burst of snap happiness! The dandelion shots being among them. Get out there and snap those dandelions – before they all blow away!!! :-)
Thanks for the comment!

Aye, I was dying to a shot of the sun behind a dandelion clock yesterday but could find a single intact specimen that wasn’t (obviously) in the shade.

Thats such a brilliant idea!

This is just majestic, as individual photos they’d be nice but as a collage, and with the overall effect of dreamy yellow-ness, its brilliant.
