i’ve had writer’s block forever, so I was reading through some old stuff and decided to revamp some of it with image, wish I could write something new though! xox

Thanks Jonathan, I’ve got a few more old poems I want to redo with images, all pretty dark stuff, but experiences and feelings that are thankfully well behind me now… ;-)

occasionally the dark hands of depression reach out for me, but I beat them back with a big stick now! ;-)
PS can look really daunting at first, the first time I opened it I closed it straight away and wouldn’t look at it again for over 6 months! haha!

Yup! I opted for insanity instead. ;-)

bloody writer’s block, it’s like trying to find 1001 things to do when you can’t write any more!!! ah well, tis still a way of expressing creativity I suppose! thanks butchart. :-)

Just a bit brain numb and stuck for new ideas, some of my old stuff, depressing though it was, conveyed strong messages that images seem to get well with, it’s all part of the journey forwards I guess, and yep, for a long, long time I felt that way, there’s the occasional moment I still do, but not as often these days thankfully. :)

I guess so, even the old work was still part of the journey, though it feels as if it was a different ‘me’ in a different lifetime now, I’m sure I died at some point and came back again… :)

Thank’s Mel, I never did, and still don’t, really consider myself an Artist, a writer… yep, but not an artist, all this is really a hobby that’s filling up a VERY long spell of writer’s block, when I get the words flowing again, the pics will be able to stop for a while. :)

yep, if in doubt, take an old concept and redo it in a new way, it’s another way of keeping the creativity flowing when the creativity has dried up a bit, thanks awd. :) xox

ah… these are words from really old poems that i found inspiring enough to create new images for, but yep, it’s all from days gone by and I’m in a much lighter place now, thanks. :)

yup… I climbed out of the gutter and put a lid over the manhole so I wouldn’t fall down it again! ;-)

Oh, I had this poem on an old image, which when I looked back on, I thought looked like shit! so I hid it and redid it now that I have a few more skills tucked under my belt. ;-)
