I am trying to decide what emotion she is feeling. Is this figurative and are her hands tied and she’s looking to heaven in despair for answers, or is it completely sensual with her in submission to someone who is the only thing ‘currently’ in her world? Either way, it is a work of art in every way!

There is a sense of serenity about this amazing image….which should be contradictory due to the tied wrists…but somehow for me it is not.

I love the entire concept and process of this image…xxx

There is not much more I can say that has not been said above other then the work you have been producing because of writers block is beautiful, full of emotions, love, helplessness, full of feelings.

They all have been very enjoyable art to watch unfold here in the past several months.

you’ll get the hang of it. i love this one, it’s similar yet totally different to the other one.
i love the rugged border with the blue peeking through and how all the scratchy parts of the texture look like they have been strategically placed. i love how the pose is so innocent yet so erotic at the same time!

I think this picture is so compelling because it registers such bleakness. The vulnerability of being unable to escape or to let go or be freed is definitely in the piece, but then I see her looking up, and it becomes a somewhat hopeful expression for me. As if she’s trapped now, but there’s something beyond her line of vision waiting to come out. So, I really love this picture Jennifer. ;}

Thank you! I understand how you feel. My mind has been a mixture of fatigue and stress but I guess ultimately you wake up one morning and something’s cleared out. It’s like taking the first breath.

Myself, though, I saw it as like you were baring your throat in a gesture of submission – like you were offering yourself to someone.
