i hate sayin “im sorry to hear…” so i will just say, it sux about the meds….jackasses!

it is good to fight for your art when you are seemingly beyond capactiy to produce anything, cuz then when we are in a creative phase we can appreciate how hard it was to get out anything during a drugged up period or blank minded existence.

thanks everyone, yep, I feel a bit like a zombie at the moment and the meds are definitely playing havoc with my ability to feel inspired or creative, I’ve had all the required tests for ECT this week so maybe once the procedure’s done it’ll unblock something and I’ll be able to create something new again.

Maintain, things will get better…

not sure what the alternative is to “shiny side up” (the mind boggles…lol) but that comment always sounds full of good wishes….....
as for all those facets that make up who you are, they will never go away…they are just constantly shifting, changing, evolving…...as you are….... go with the flow….and if you forget anything important…welll then…your good friends will sure remind you!!!! ;-))

Dear Jen. I won’t begin to tell you I know how you feel.....cause for one thing you would tell me to f*k off. But after spending my *whole life being tortured by anxiety….... I nearly died going through the menopause. The feelings of dread and mental instability that overwhelmed were horriffic and I thought my life was over. I was forced to try meds after everything else in the whole world failed. So many people care about you on RB, Jen, they are sending powerful healing love over the cyber-waves …. and…......listen to your wise woman inside…....she is doing everything she can to guide you…....I wish you well my sweet….... You are so talented and real…..... RB is lucky to have you…......
