Reflecting Barred Owl With Fish by Joe Jennelle

Reflecting Barred Owl With Fish by

If there were a challenge for owl reflections, this image would have a good chance. This juvenile owl stole a fish from another bird, then ate it right on the river bank. Couldn’t believe my luck. At Lettuce Lake Regional Park, Florida. Nikon D700, Nikkor 500 mm lens/ F-8, 1/60th/ISO 640

I treasure connections with those who are touched in some way by nature’s beauty. During those magic moments, we share a special awe in nature’s presence. We are compelled to see and share. Connections make us who we are and relationships within nature give our lives meaning.
