Artist's Description

The Claddagh symbol dates waaaay back to medieval Europe, where it was used mostly on engagement/betrothal/wedding rings as a symbol of unity and love. Today, you can see the symbol almost anywhere, still representing loyalty, friendship, love, family, and pretty much good things in general :)

This is a print of an original mixed media collage. It was created using paper cut out from old books, illustration, ink, and a little bit of Photoshop. I like making art using anything and everything :)

A wonderful wedding gift for a new couple, for a family, or even an Irish friend.
