Well so much of the hippy culture has become mainstream that we have become invisible… plus we ditched all that Afghan coat and John Lennon glasses stuff decades ago!

I guess some version of it became mainstream. But much like most religions, it’s become twisted and marketable and not really based on acceptance. Well, and the John Lennon glasses don’t really have big enough lenses to accomodate tri-focals – ya know?!
