I liked that texture too! Looks like you’re looking through a window with rain on it…...... It was originally a photograph of red, sparkly shoes (my ‘Ruby Shoes’ post), I did some layering, some cutting, mirroring, kaliedescope and texture. In Paint Shop Pro.
