I live in Surrey, UK. and my preference is for arty outdoor photography. I have three sons so life is hectic but feel a little disappointed when a day goes by during which I haven’t had a chance to take at least one nice photograph!

Hi Woepi, funnily enough, some of them are rescue chickens and when they first saw rain they had no idea what to do about it. Now they know rain = worms!

This is beautiful, and an instant favourite (and yes, the chickens contribute :-) ) – I love this scene, it’s so …August in my mind! Aside from my feelings :-) the composition, colour and timing are superb, the streaky rain contributes to make this look like an Impressionist painting – great work!
