HI Sharon. Thank you…I actually wasn’t sure if I should crop it a bit, particularly along the bottom to even it up a bit and also considered changing the background but certainly felt black would be too harsh.
So in the end I did nothing!!...I may yet go back and have a bit of a play…xxxx

Hi Gail. I really did reply to your lovely comment already….just as the computer decided to crash, or lost the connection with the server. Can’t remember which. But my reply refused to load…so this is a second attempt.
Thank you for say such lovely things about this pic. It really is/was a wonderful example of perfection, so difficult to find at the moment. They often tend to have been subject to the winds, rain and most of the time, extreme heat and dry winds.
So when I found this in a sheltered position, I couldn’t pass up the golden opportunity, whipped out my camera, and this was the result..xxxx
