An illustration depicting the quarrelsome brothers who delight in rattles and afright with crows, from Lewis Carrol’s, “Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found There.”

Illustration © 2010 by J.E.Larson

This illustration as well as the other Alice themed works in this gallery can be found in the March 2010 issue of Somerset Studio.

J.E.Larson was born during the spring of the great Tea Cosy Revolution. He is believed to have been raised in the scriptorium of a didactic monastery before touring the moors of Humbug near the coast of Hopping Frog with a traveling caravan of gypsies. He now illustrates for several publications through automated dispatch from a tower in Claggum Hall.
