I use three pizza stones on the three shelves of my convection oven, and a large peel to match the size of the stones…I make my own dough as I find the prepared dough is sometimes too rubbery, then I add whatever topping the two men in my family feel like eating that day….nothing like homemade….

I use to enjoy making home made pizza, esp whole wheat crust with white sauce, lots of garlic & spinach (my favorite), but now that Willard has become the pizza expert, I don’t do pizza anymore.

Thank you Mechell (was just thinking the wheel, as far as drinking & driving) definately doesn’t go with beer…ha).
