Sub-Atomic Stress Release Therapy - Watercolor Painting by

Abstract watercolor painting featuring a movement of forms that sort of come together in the center. It’s abstract art, so it’s not really meant to be anything in particular, but the title comes from my idea that if you were to look deep enough or far enough, that somewhere in existence and time this pattern has existed in nature. It also suggests that in modern life, we’ll go to any extreme and any length to achieve a “normal” or “balanced” lifestyle. Free from stress. Free from pain. To the point that we will modify ourselves on the atomic scale. It could happen. Or maybe we’ll just fry ourselves with lasers and that’s always fun too.

It was painted using Dr. PH. Martin’s Concentrated Water Colors on Arches Hot Press 120lb water color paper.

I’m a Denver, Colorado artist specializing in vibrant, fluid, psychedelic abstract paintings and illustrations in a variety of media. I work in pen, pencil, watercolor, acrylic, photography, and digital painting.

I love “Sub-Atomic Stress Release Therapy”, but I’d love it even more without the text!

Are you just referring to the t-shirt version? I watermark my art prints as well. The type on this version may be a bit big, but it’s designed to not be overly distracting, especially if you buy it on a light blue or gray shirt. ;)

Yep, just referring to the shirt. It’s a personal preference; when it comes to t-shirts, I like good design sans text… and I really do enjoy the design. :)
