Welcome to the Gourley Gallery (JeffeeArt4u) from the beautiful area of Tennessee Great Smoky Mountains…The National Park-International Biosphere Reserve/tropical forest/wildflower park Gourley property ajoins at the Foothills, just entering the Great Smoky Mountains. GSMNP is one of the largest protected land areas in the eastern USA. Smokies have been my home since building 2 homes here in the mountain community ajoining the Foothills Parkway. The Smokies have also been inspiration for some of my art and photography, and a wonderful place to enjoy. In the Smokies, there are two periods of unusual abundance of flowering: mid April to mid May, then again mid June to mid July.(Extravagant displays of mountain laurel, Rhododendrons, azaleas, heath schrubs) …A nice thing about here, you can enjoy some of those flowering plants at different times, just with the different elevations.
I was a very small child when I picked up my first camera. Working on my home gallery,and garden seems to never end…I worked 10 years in critical care. taught art for children and adults. Talent in painting has been spent decorating the home as a gallery, while building the home, also painted paintings. There are more than one tab with paintings… and I enjoyed designing the gardens, was like using a canvas . Welcome to my garden: Gourleys 312 W. Millers Cove Rd. Walland, TN, 37886. Walland is a mountain community, with a lot to offer, read some images or writings for information about the community, where the rich and famous come to get away from it all. And corporate owners have homes and mountain getaways, in our community. W. Millers Cove, running along with the Foothills Parkway, where senic views over the entire TN Valley can be seen….I tried to write a little about family history in My Life Story and building our home in the Smokies.

Just recently have decided to put on internet and offer reproductions of the originals. Although I would love to set up a professional site for ordering. Silent autions, for original. Dogwoods at present, hangs outside for view. Pictured here…..
I think it is very hard and time consuming to oil paint, and my interest in a museum kept me from selling any paintings, enjoyed them for myself, and they just decorated the walls, or filed to occupied slots in the basement, and have touched up older works. Bible covers or exhibit, most of the home decor, in the gallery. That has been the focus of my work. I am older now, but … Have wanted to open the private museum. Gallery of Art…(Any support would help goals, sponsor would be appreciated, so I can help similar causes), other than at Redbubble, … Favorite subjects to oil paint other than symbolism are Wildlife, Owls, Horses, cats, Black Bears in smoky mountains, Home Steds in the Smokies, floral and more, not uploaded, you will have to see them at my home gallery. I have enjoyed making booklets inspired by the Bible, and studying all about the Bible, when in my fourties. My Grandfather was a Baptist Missionary. Events led me to paint religious, church symbolism, and Jesus parables. A personal goal has been a Bible, Some books, are ready. Publishing these would be a goal completed. Gardens I am just as involed with. Biblical illustrations for teaching / book covers. Lots of research and like researching. Decided to make some galleries on line for viewing. I would like to try a Sales Rep. or Publisher other than myself,welcom a sponsor, and/or contacts for museum:
