You both missed a great day but there are more things in the pipeline that may interest you.On 3rd october the QE2 returns which makes a great picture and also in september there is La Machine which should be worth seeing.

“THE people of Liverpool “ain’t seen nothing yet”, culture officials said today.
With the Tall Ships now bound for Norway, officials are already promising a four-day spectacle to rival the weekend’s festivities.
La Machine hits the streets on Friday September 5 and is expected to stop the people of Liverpool in their tracks.
Artichoke, the company behind the fairytale Sultan’s Elephant which brought London to a standstill two years ago, is behind the £1.5m project.
A Culture Company spokesman said the precise details of the free street event “are a closely guarded secret”.
He added: “What’s certain is that it will be huge in scale and utterly unlike anything seen in Liverpool before.”
The performance, which is expected to attract around one million visitors, will then tour Europe.
Today Culture Company chief executive Kris Donaldson said: “La Machine in September promises to be a spectacular event, every bit as thrilling as Tall Ships has been over the past few days.
“It will be street theatre on a scale never seen before in the north west, and once again families will have the chance to enjoy a highlight event for free.”
