A felloe Rber suggested I try this one in mono so here it is……
T is for “Tower” Taken on Canon EOS 7d on December 16th 2009 only a week (to the day) on havng my DSLR f5.6 1/640 ISO 640 (not my preferred now). If I took it agin I would use a smaller ISO say 100. Focal Length 18mm
I have manipulated it just a little on PS, that is changed it to a sepia tone and adjusted the contrast, just ever so slightly.
It is the water Tower at Victoria Park in Sale Gippsland in Victoria
Thanks Kym, I was happy that someonbe suggested to try it in mono, like I said I took this after having the camera for a week so I was still in la la land…you know the place you are when you thinmk your pictures are just so much clearer than when you had the compact!!!!…lol
I love the subtlety you’ve applied here Judith, the tones are really popping out now. The icing is that cloud, looking like it’s streaming out of the tower.
Nicely done all round!
Thanks for your comments Peter, I appreciate them.
Fabulous – the mono is great and that sky really adds a sense of movement to the pic.
Thanks Jodie, the clouds were not too bad…but looking out of the window at the moment, the clouds actually look ok now so maybe I will get in the car and go and find some new stuff to photograph

I love the way the clouds are coming out of the top and your processing has a metallic look to it.
Well Done Judith
