I love capturing “life” with light… I have a deep respect for those things that have weathered time and still remain if only to tell a story.

wonderful – love the untouched snow, very pretty, nice composition too

  • Thanks! It was snowing very hard at this moment so the sky appears almost as white as the ground. I was frozen but didn’t mind until it was time to trudge back through the snow.

Such a beautiful scene. So very beautiful and the snow is untouched. love the little dry bush on the right, gives it the color it needed.

  • Thanks! I shot this during the snowstorm… Trudged through the un-plowed snow and covered my camera with a plastic bag. It was well worth it!

This is a beautiful scene (even though I’m not a big fan of winter)!

  • I’m a fan of winter in the summer, and of summer in the winter :-) Thanks for the kind words!

Very lovely. I love the stillness of it.

  • Thank you Mardra :-) It was one of those really quiet, snow-falling, stay at home days. Ahhhh. Bring on the hot cocoa.

LOL! That makes sense. Summer is always too hot for me and winter is too cold and wet. I love looking at the snow through our windows, but I hate walking in it.

  • Yep, snow is always prettiest when you don’t have to go anywhere.

    Your composition is terrific!

  • Thanks Kevin. It was a beautiful day. Guess you don’t see snow unless you go to the mountains. I am enjoying it although way too cold.
