“Fearless” That is the name I gave him, so proud and noble is he. So There I was all alone out in the thick colorful fall brush of the Schell Creek Mountain range yesterday looking for wild horses, when all of a sudden there was the loud thundering of hooves coming down the mountainside into the brush where I was, I could see maybe ten horses or so , that is when I saw him, we were face to face he was standing there looking right at me about five feet away! I quickly lifted the camera and pointed it his way, as I knew he wasn’t hanging around for long, I could feel my heart pounding being so close to such a powerful creature and he could probably hear my heart beat too as I got the shot, just for a moment I connected with this magnificent dark red sorrel wild stallion of the Schell Creek mountains of Nevada where he remains a free spirit!
Magnificent Jeanne……and look at that mane!!!!!! What a handsome stallion!!!!! Now….I hope that we see this gogeous lad next year too!!!!! A fave for me my friend!!!!
