I graduated from the New York Insitute of Photography several years ago,it gave me a good foundation for my basic photography skills from there I developed my own style over the years, now I think that my photographs of my wild horses are my signature work. It has taken years to accomplish this and the journey still continues. Combining my passion for photography and my love of all things equine is what I would rather be doing almost more than anything else. I have my own gallery in Ely, Nevada where I sale my wild horse prints.I am also a member of Steptoe Valley Photographers.
I used to do wedding and portrait photography and it was great, but once I moved to the wild high desert country of Eastern Nevada and discovered wild horses, I have been hooked on these magnificent animals ever since, it is pure joy being out in the wilderness and interacting with wild horses and capturing them on film. I hope viewers of my work will come away with a greater appreciation of the beauty and grace of our western hertiage, the wild horses.
