These classic Routemaster busses have been around for decades and look the same today as when they were first introduced. A previous mayor’s attempt to have them all removed from the roads and replaced with modern “bendy” busses was met with public dismay, and it has now been decided to reintroduce an updated design of the Routemaster. However, the old classic Routemasters still ply the tourist routes taking in famous landmarks such as St Paul’s cathedral, pictured here.
