Perch Rock Lighthouse

The lighthouse stands on the mouth of the River Mersey, overlooking Liverpool to the north of the river.
Canon EOS300D, Canon Efs 10-22 lens used, circular polariser, 121s/121m graduated filters, Tripod mounted and remote cable used to make the image.
Taken about 15 minutes after the sun had set in September 2009.
