Summer Bouquet
Shot this photo in late summer in Oregon. Used Corel Painter Essentials 4 and PSCS3 to create an oil painted look. Used the thick paint>oilpain>tapered camelhair brush in different sizes to create a looser, painterly style.

Jean, I am bi polar and the lack of daylight in winter keeps my mood low! That’s why I want summer quick so I can do good creative stuff and not have to se a cattleprod(!) to get myself writing! But My partner prefers winter, so you have an ally!

You have a real gift for using digital software to deepen the effect of your photos. I apreciate that so much since some of the sites I visit have an “effect” on an image and it is so obvious what the effect was because it was used so poorly. : >D So I always find your work inspiring and sometimes making me envious. It’s that thing where I see the photo and go “SHOOOT!!! That’s what I’m trying to achieve in my painting!”
