Bodie Barn

This red barn is typical of the large barns once used throughout Bodie. This picture was taken at the Bodie State Historic Park in California along the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada.

Only about 5 percent of the buildings contained in Bodie during its 1880s heyday still remain. Today, Bodie stands just as time and the elements have left it – a genuine California gold mining ghost town.

Bodie Barn belongs to the following groups:

BARNS & Old Grist Mills and Covered Bridges from around the World!, Dilapidated Buildings, Goldrush and Ghost Towns and The Red Barn Available for sale as

Greeting Cards, Matted Prints, Laminated Prints, Mounted Prints, Canvas Prints, Framed Prints and Posters
