Grindstone Graffiti
This old grindstone sits by the Post Office and Miner’s Union Hall buildings on Main Street in Bodie State Historic Park. I have no way of knowing if the name carved in stone is historic or a recent addition. I prefer to think that this was left by one of the grizzled miners to let all of us dudes know of his time in Bodie.
