The stunning, vibrant and rosetted coat of the leopard contributes not only to its camouflage, but also to its majestic beauty. Unfortunately though, it has also lead to its downfall with leopards continually being hunted for their unique pelts. This, along with their persecution by farmers as a perceived threat to livestock and the ever-decreasing availability of suitable habitat, leopards are now classified as “near threatened” (IUCN Red List)

South Africa is also currently waging a war against the illegal poaching of rhino’s for their protein horns. The LEGEND RHINO ORPHANAGE is South Africa’s first not-for-profit specialist centre, dedicated to the care of baby rhino’s orphaned by poaching. Please help support this rhino orphanage and make a contribution today, in order to ensure a rhino’s tomorrow.
