Eland (Taurotragus oryx) are the largest antelopes in Southern Africa weighing on average, between 500-600kg. They live on the open plains of Southern Africa and prefer semi-arid areas that contain many shrub-like bushes.

South Africa is currently waging a war against the illegal poaching of rhino’s for their protein horns. The LEGEND RHINO ORPHANAGE is South Africa’s first not-for-profit specialist centre, dedicated to the care of baby rhino’s orphaned by poaching. Please help support this rhino orphanage and make a contribution today, in order to ensure a rhino’s tomorrow.
