Admiring a North-Sea sunset
The cyclist on this picture was standing a long time on the southern jetty of the harbour at Scheveningen, watching the sun sinking into the North Sea. There had been a dark cloud bank coming up which seemed to end all possibilities of a beautiful sunset, but then the sky opened up again and allowed to see the spectacle of the last minutes of the sinking of the sun in a particularly impressive fashion.
