No, I am not forgetting the lanes
Some of you may have thought: lanes, lanes, nothing but lanes. And so it is good to have a bit of variation from time to time, is it not? But here is a lane again, with its beech-trees still in all their autumnal splendor, the main lane from the country-house Gooilust in ´s-Graveland, which you know by now so well, to Hilversum. The picture was taken last Tuesday. Most of this splendour, if not all of it will have gone by now. Autumn is a quick guest. The slight blur is not smoke, but the last morning haze still hanging in the air.
