Enjoying the morning sun
It was another beautiful summer morning with some haze a few days ago which made me go out on my bike early. I am glad I did push myself up and out.! The forests here near Hilversum are such a good cycling area!

I love it. . . and am trying to figure out what those poles are in the ground, are those treestumps? Nice job with this shot!

They are indeed poles, placed there to keep car and tractor drivers from riding on the cycling path and destroying it by doing so. In the wet periods of the year the main track which is not tarmacked, can be very muddy, and then the cycling path seemingly is a good way out for them, with absolute negative results. So you find these poles here in all places in the forests around here where cars might use the paths.
