Jeff, this is why I miss the US… in Belgium they only let the police do this. Or is it possible they`re testing out a new police uniform here? Either way, this has a cool off-the-wall super hero vibe and he stands out well in your selective color. But I`m dyin’ to know what the story is behind it. Give us a clue? Wicked shot!
