There are days that I could spend forever
sitting silently in my gazebo of life…

While the wind caresses my face and musses my hair
as it carries the scents of the changing season.
Listening to the trees as they whisper to me
and watching countless leaves dance
to an orchestra only they can hear,
bringing to me a stillness within,
a reprieve from the daily burdens of life.

I am rejuvenated with a fresh sense of hope,
a new passion, and I dare to dream
the sweet dream that all things are possible.
