It called the Popcorn shop because its well known for its Popcorn.
It has all kinds of candies and beverages. In the summer time it is very well known to have a line of people out the door. Very popular.

Actually when President Bush was doing his campaign election he actually stopped in there.
There is a picture on the wall with him and the owner.
Don’t know if thats a huge deal though. But interesting he went there.
