The Uillean Pipe is the Irish bagpipe, it means in Gaelic “Pipe of the Elbow”. The Leprechauns like to say are smarter than their cousins from Scotland who have to blow in their instrument. There is no need to blow in an Uillean pipe, they say, and you have even the time to smoke in your own pipe and to drink some good Ol’whiskey !
