Everyone knows James Matthew Barrie and the story of Peter Pan.
But did you know what inspired him ?
It was full Moon and he was walking across the Kensington Gardens, trying to figure out what would be his next story, and, by pure hasard or just because the Fairies wanted to whisper the idea, at a corner of a path, but still hidden by the bushes, he suddenly had witnessed of an adorable scene: the meeting of two beings in loved, a Fairy and an Elf, so small, like children who were gazing upon the Moon and the Stars, celebretating their union.
No word could describe this second of beauty but finally J.M.Barrie began to write: “All children, except one, grow up…”.
