I took this photo on the day after the Rolling Stones had played in Roundhay Park, Leeds. I didn’t get to the gig, but I felt sure there would be some photo opportunities to be had in the aftermath. This marquee was on the side of slope and it stood out for me as soon as I saw it. The wind was blowing, creating lots of rolling shapes in the canvas. I shot a full roll of film of the inside.
