I had this one up in B&W but have replaced it because i wanted to process it in lightroom.this is my first attempt at using the program (over kill??)

No problem, you just need to trust your instincts. The processing is perfect for this image – it complelments the title and accentuates the image of the hardworker – the guy putting in a tough days work to earn a living.
