Back at the fox hole looking for kits (because I’m getting fox kits this year, dammit).
We had a long, soaking rain yesterday and last night in Denver, and a little more light rain this morning. Foxes don’t seem to like the rain, so I wasn’t expecting to see anything this morning, but I’m not about to miss a chance for fox kits, so out I went.
I ran into a photographer friend again, and we waited for a couple of hours before the male made a brief appearance. No kits, but better than nothing.
He is a handsome little guy. If I was a fox, this is the fox I’d want to be.
