This is a brilliant shot Jeff.
Despite a very sharp focus, your treatment has make everything look so beautifully smooth and flowing.
You have done a very good job here; tones, colour, composition. Everything has been done perfectly. Very well done! :)
Andrew, thanks heaps for your very kind and thoughtful comment and for the fave too. Very much appreciated.
As to the beautiful flowing look… you can thank Mother Nature for that… :-) She made a special effort with these stones.

Great moody shot, and the stacks almost look like disfigured shrooms plotting some dastardly deeds!!!
PS You sure someone hasn’t been on the shrooms already?!
Rosalie, Rosalie… never!!! But this place did leave me with a strong feeling that I was somewhere special.
I wasn’t expecting much. The weather was rubbish so we thought we’d just have a quick look and move on to look for somewhere to camp. About 2 hours later …. :-)
Thanks for the comment… jc

Rosalie, Jeff and his shrooms are meant to be a secret…
btw Jeff fantastic bit of work here, especially the lighting of those shrooms.
:-D … and thanks for keeping the secret Jason… I don’t think you’d want to tuck into these ones though. A bit tough I reckon.
Thanks heaps for the comment and also – big time – for the fave!

Clever, and intriguing!!
Intriguing indeed Mel… And pretty special too. One of those super delights that come out of nowhere and surprise you.

Very nice work Jeff – have not sen anything of you for a while. This is a great comeback.
Thanks heaps Alan. Always appreciated from you.
Yes, I have been a bit quiet. 2011, like 2010 has left me with little inspiration and very, very few images. This trip provided a few results though, so I will have one or 2 to post over the next little while.

Great description, made me laugh.
A very moody and dramatic work.
Works well Jeff
Thanks Mark Much appreciated… These chappies looked like they were having a bit of a laugh too. .. :-)

Actually, the weather is anything but ordinary. Great work.
Thanks heaps Gary. The weather did leave a bit to be desired – sunshine for a start. We didn’t know it at the time but the spits of rain we had when we were here were just the beginning of what became a very wet week on the Peninsular.
